What began as a blog to inspire me to run a 5k has turned into a blog about everything Cystic Fibrosis.

My name is Catherine, I am a 21 year old college student with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease. I was diagnosed at birth with the disease and have been living with it ever since, for better or for worse.

This blog is for everyone. It’s for anyone who’s curious what life with Cystic Fibrosis is like. It’s for those with Cystic Fibrosis who can relate to the things I have to say on this blog. It’s for anyone who has ever known someone with CF. It’s for people like me who have a lot of thoughts about life and death and need to put them somewhere.
